Proof of purchase must be supplied in order for warranty claims to be honoured. Product failure due to misuse, neglect, accident or failure to fully submerge pumps in water, or the use of other fluids in the pump or pond will VOID the warranty. 

The limit of the manufacturer's liability is explicitly to repair or replace faulty items, and no consequential claims will be accepted.

Damage caused by non-observance of the operating instructions, modifications to the product, natural wear and tear, faulty installation, excessive loading, and improper stress or strain, or intervention of third parties, are expressly excluded from this warranty unless required by local law.

Parts which are subject to wear, such as axles, impeller wheels, incandescent bulbs and the like are excluded from the explicit warranty, provided it is legally permissible to do so.
